Important information before booking
Before making a booking, please read the rules below, which ensure comfort and clarity for all participants in our classes.
Subscriptions and refunds
In the case of purchasing a subscription or a single class and being unable to attend it, refunds are not available. However, it is possible to reschedule the class to another convenient time.
Payment for the classes is required before the class begins.
School holidays and vacations
In the case of school holidays and public holidays in Luxembourg, classes do not take place. Classes from a purchased subscription that fall during this period should be rescheduled for another date.
Late arrivals
In the case of late arrivals, classes cannot be extended due to a strict schedule. Please arrive on time to make the most of your learning experience.
